The reconstruction of the project in 10 months focused on the development of a strategy to reposition the building through significant renovation to the interior spaces to upgrade the facilities of the building and then market the improved premises to attract new tenants.
The turnover of the project was 100% leased from the previous 50% occupancy. All new tenants have signed 10-year long-term leases. Operating costs have been substantially reduced. Reversed the negative NOI to a now positive $2.4 million a year NOI.
The current tenants include two private schools, a hockey club, a fitness club, a medical clinic, and a private salon.
